Acquisitions and Development
Barvin is seeking highly motivated leaders to manage and facilitate the site acquisition and development of multiple multifamily projects. This includes but not limited to: site sourcing, acquisitions, due diligence, entitlements, underwriting, budgeting, design, permitting, municipality interactions, stakeholder relations and other development-related activities.
Property Operations
Barvin's Property Operations team members work together to ensure a well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. From Leasing Consultants to Property Managers to Maintenance Technicians, Barvin is seeking service-oriented individuals that strive to make future and current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community.
Accounting and Finance
Our Accounting and Finance experts work to implement business plans and achieve financial objectives for Barvin's multifamily portfolio.
